I just wanted to write and say how much I love your bread! As someone who is gluten intolerant I usually make my own bread when I have the time, but whenever I see yours, I always buy a loaf. Its so good and heavy and dense and tastes like REAL BREAD should – and it doesn’t have a million different ingredients in fine print on the label. I also wanted to commend you on your choice of cold pressed sunflower oil. So many gluten free or ‘healthy breads’ these days are using cheap, nasty canola oil – which has been linked to macular degeneration in the eyes, (my grandmother’s eye specialist told her not to eat canola). I rang one Australian company recently because the label on their gluten free bread said ‘vegetable oil’ and my grandmother wanted to know what it was they used. The lady told me it was canola. When I asked her why they used canola she said, ‘I think you’ll find all commercial breads and baked goods have canola in them these days.’ I am so glad yours doesn’t. And yours is much tastier anyway. Plus you use biodegradable cello bags. Yay to you! Thanks again for a great Australian product.
