As a lover of good bread for many years, I was shattered by the recent diagnosis that I am intolerant to gluten. Shattered, because I found that most gluten-free breads on the market were a chemical cocktail – more numbers than letters in the list of ingredients – and of abysmal taste. (I would rather eat the wrapper!)
Then, I discovered your organic rice loaf and buckwheat loaf and was thrilled to find that I really enjoyed both gluten-free products. In my opinion, the buckwheat bread is so good that I would choose to eat it even if I were not on a gluten-free diet. That is high praise from me, because, over the years, I have sought out and enjoyed some of the highest quality bread baked in Melbourne.
